If you are logged in, there will be a link Edit Item on the left hand side of an item's detail page. Click the link, then click the "You may also visit the Item Manager" link somewhere at the top of the page. The Item Manager should let you replace and remove files you uploaded.

I haven't tried this myself yet, so don't know if it works.

Thank you for your reply. Yes. I did see the Edit Item link on the left and I was able to replace my uploaded document.
